ANNUAL PRODUCTION 10’000 BOTTLES (DISTRIBUTED IN 6 BOTTLES CASES)

GRAPES VARIETIES 50% SANGIOVESE, 50% ALICANTE

HAND LABOUR: 300 HOURS/HECTARE

VINE DENSITY: 6’000 VINES PER HECTARE

GRAPES PER HECTARE: 120 QUINTALS (2 KG PER VINE)

VINIFICATION PROCESS TRIPLE GRAPES SELECTION. MACERATION ON SKINS FOR 2 DAYS. PRE-MACERATION AT 12°C.  FERMENTATION IN STEEL TANKS.

AGEING PROCESS: THE WINE LAYS FOR 6 MONTHS IN STEEL VATS. ONCE BOTTLED THE WINE STAYS IN OUR CELLAR FOR MINIMUM 3 MONTHS.

VINEYARDS PLANTED ON 2004

ALCOHOL 12,5% VOL.
