Obtained mainly from the vineyard called “farm” adjacent to the winery and the whole structure of Clarabelle, mostly suffers the same processing Franciacorta Brut base. Fermentation in stainless steel for 85% and 15% in oak barrels, draft in the spring following the harvest and after a period of aging in contact with the lees for 24 months awiene disgorgement and another 6 months of rest before being released to the market .
Fine and persistent, broad nose with hints of citrus, fresh fruit and yeasty notes.
Dry mouth as befits a Franciacorta dosed with good flavor and minerality.
