Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG – Jeio

Obtained from grapes harvested in the hills of Conegliano, where its minerality and dry extract derive from, and  the hills of Valdobbiadene that endow it with its characteristic crunchiness, acidity and freshness.

A Prosecco particularly stimulating on the palate, rich in malic acid. Apart from Glera this wine contains Verdiso as well as minor percentages of Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay.

Careful maceration and pressing with the must being left along with the skins overnight at low temperature, allows it to best express its varietal aromas, exalting the bouquet, the fruity flavour and its sapidity.
