Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Sparkling Dry
This refined sparkling wine is produced with grapes from Cartizze, a prestigious hill of only 106.4 hectares, where over 140 owners have cultivated the Valdobbiadene Superiore par excellence for centuries. This hill, perfectly located, includes the localities of Saccol, San Pietro di Barbozza and Santo Stefano, where the steep slopes embroidered with vines, are worked exclusively by hand.
The subsoil is marly-rocky, deeply rich in marine sandstone and clay: the particular composition of the terrain, the pleasant microclimate, the perfect exposure to the sun and continuous ventilation create a magical balance that gives rise to the unique Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze.
