Straw-yellow colour. Fragrance of flowers and fruit with hints of peach.
Full and rich taste, soft and harmonical with tones of noble aromas,
resulted from the complete ripening of the grapes, which intensify the character.
This wine goes perfectly with white meat and fish-dishes.
To be served at a temperature of 12°C.

Number of bottle produced: 150.000 of 750ml, 25.000 of 375ml e 1.000 of 1500ml
Grape variety: Cortese from the district of Gavi
Exposure and altitude: Mainly South – Southwest; 250 – 300 meters a.s.l.
Soil composition: Clay and marl
Cultivation system: Guyot; 4200 vines per hectare
Age of vines in production: 26 years
Grape productivity for ha: 95 quintals
Grape harvesting time: End of September, the begin of October
Fermentation refinement: Stainless steel
Temperature during fermentation: Thermo controlled a 18°C
Duration of fermentation and maceration: Three weeks
Malolattica fermentation: Partially done
Percentage of alcohol: 12,5% vol.
