Fermentation: gentle grape pressing, maceration and first racking at established parameters
Ageing and evolution: fermentation in Stainless steel with temperature control. Second fermentation again in Stainless steel with charmat system. 6 weeks bottle refining.
Sensorial features: straw yellow colour; very delicate bouquet, with the aromatic scent; full and well-orchestrated flavor, palate fine and elegant.
Bottle lifespan: on sale 1 year after the harvest; we recommend consumption within 2 years of harvest
